Exchanges and returns

Thank you very much for ordering on the Blueplace Hong Kong official website.

Return or exchange policy:

1. For products purchased on the Blueplace Hong Kong official website, you can contact us to apply for  exchange within 7 days after picking up the goods (the first day will be counted after the system confirms the pickup). Late applications or incomplete information will not be accepted.
2. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to clothing products, hat products and bag products.
3. All products purchased on the online shopping platform officially authorized by Blueplace will be processed according to the product return terms and policies of the online platform.
4. Only one  exchange can be applied for each order.
5. All orders cannot be changed or canceled once applied.
6. Returned products must be brand new, not used or cleaned, with all labels, packaging and price tags intact, and meet the conditions for secondary sales.
7. If your order fails to meet the original consumption requirements to enjoy promotions, discounts, free shipping or gifts after return or exchange, the relevant offers or gifts will be deemed invalid, and we will deduct the discount amount from the refunded amount.
8. If your order does not qualify for the original full purchase discount after partial return and exchange, and the refund is not enough to deduct the discount amount, we will arrange for the customer to return all the products in the order.
9. Combination products must be returned together. Returns of partial products will not be accepted.
10. Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, refunded or exchanged for other products.
11. If your order contains any coupons, gifts, etc., and the order does not meet the consumption requirements for gifts after the return or exchange, the gifts must be returned together with the return. If you do not return the gift, we will deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund amount.
12. When the returned goods arrive, we will inspect them immediately and arrange an exchange or refund. If a refund is required, it will be returned to the original source of payment within approximately 7-10 working days.
13. If the returned product does not comply with the return and exchange policy and conditions, we will not approve the return or exchange application.
14. We reject any product that does not meet the return conditions or is returned without our consent, and will not arrange for a return or refund. If you want to take back the returned product, the customer must bear the shipping cost of the return mail. Otherwise, the returned products will be disposed of.
15. Blueplace reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
16. In case of any dispute, Blueplace reserves the right to make the final decision.




Quality issues
1. If you purchase a product that is damaged or defective in production from the Blueplace Hong Kong official website, you can contact us within 7 days after picking up the product (the first day will be counted from the time the system confirms the pick-up). Late applications or incomplete information will not be accepted.
2. If the goods need to be returned or exchanged due to quality problems, we will bear the return and exchange freight of the defective goods.
3. The returned product must be brand new, not used or cleaned, and all labels, packaging and price tags must be intact.
4. If the product stock is insufficient for replacement, we will arrange a refund through the original payment method. Refunds will generally be completed within 14 working days (the actual refund time depends on the card issuer, bank or electronic payment institution)
5. Returns, exchanges and quality issues do not apply to products damaged due to improper use, improper maintenance, fabric wear or improper washing.
6. If we find after receiving the returned product that the damage to the product is not production damage, but damage caused by improper handling or use, we will not approve your return or exchange application and will return the product to you. You will need to bear the shipping cost of returning the item.
7. You must return defective goods within the specified period. Overdue returns will not be processed.
8. No refunds for shipping or gift wrapping.
9. The refund amount shall be subject to the actual payment amount.
10. If your order contains any coupons, gifts, etc., and the order does not meet the consumption requirements for gifts after return, the gifts must be returned together with the return. If you do not return the gift, we will deduct the retail value of the gift when refunding.
